Hey everyone,

We are very excited to announce Chaac Ventures’ Summer Analysts for 2019.

We selected two applicants who were chosen from a group of candidates with an impressive range of cultural and academic backgrounds, particularly with demonstrated entrepreneurial experience in their education and/or extracurricular histories.

Of the potential candidates, ~19% were female, ~22% were from Asian-American and Pacific Islander populations, ~28% were from black, African-American, and/or African populations, and the remaining applicants were from non-black and Latino communities.

Additionally, the approximate breakdown of applicants by Princeton class year includes:

  • ~17% from the Class of 2022 (rising sophomores)
  • ~22% from the Class of 2021 (rising juniors)
  • ~22% from the Class of 2020 (rising seniors),
  • ~25% from the Class of 2018 and below (grad students and alumni), and the remaining ~14% from non-Princeton affiliated universities.
